Life Dream is a closed B2B marketplace for hotel rooms. Approved companies use one account to buy rooms for their clients and, if they hold hotel contracts, to sell their own allotments.
1. Who can join
Travel companies, tour operators, hotels and hotel suppliers. To open an account you upload:
- Your commercial registry and licenses (up to 5 documents)
- The Life Dream platform contract, signed and stamped
Our team reviews every application before activating it. Prices are visible only to approved accounts.
2. Where the rooms come from
| Source | What it means |
|---|---|
| Life Dream direct contracts | Rooms Life Dream contracts directly with hotels |
| Partner allotments | Approved companies with direct hotel contracts and allotments list their rooms |
| API integration | Connection with leading global B2B wholesalers |
3. How the price is built
- The selling company enters its net rate, the amount it will receive.
- Life Dream adds a small platform margin.
- Buying companies see the final price: the seller's net rate plus the platform margin. Nothing else is added at checkout.
4. One room, several offers
The same room can have several offers from different suppliers. Each offer clearly shows:
- The final price in your selected currency
- The meal plan (Room Only, Breakfast, Half Board…)
- The cancellation policy, including the last day for free cancellation
- Any offer label (discount, special deal)
The conditions shown on the offer when you book are the conditions that apply.
5. Booking rooms and submitting guest names
You book rooms, not individual guests. A company can buy one room or a large block of rooms for a group, and guest names are not required at booking.
After booking:
- The buying company submits the guest names and number of guests (the rooming list) in the dedicated tabs inside the booking on the platform, and in the destination's official system where one is required.
- The selling company reviews the names and number of guests, then confirms the booking with the hotel.
- The hotel issues its approval, and the confirmation is updated on the platform.
6. Paying for bookings
- Bank transfer, or
- Wallet: top up your Life Dream wallet and pay for bookings from your balance.
Electronic invoices are issued from the platform. See Payments & refunds.
7. Selling your own allotments
If your company holds hotel allotments, you can add your net rates, manage availability and publish offers from the same account. The wallet records your sales and purchases in one place.
8. If a hotel can't honor a confirmed booking
The rate supplier must relocate the guests at its own cost to a hotel in the same area, of the same or higher category, with a room upgrade or at least the same room type, plus additional compensation for the guests. If the supplier fails to do so, Life Dream arranges the alternative itself and recovers the cost from the supplier. Details: Booking & cancellation policy.
