2. Data we collect
- Company data: company name, address, phone, website, commercial registry, licenses and the signed platform contract.
- Contact person data: name, official email, mobile number, country.
- Booking data: booking details, and the guest names and number of guests (rooming list) that the buying company submits after booking so the hotel can confirm it.
- Financial data: wallet transactions, bank transfer details and refunds.
- Technical data: login records, IP address, browser and cookies needed to run the Platform.
3. Why we use it
To verify and approve company accounts, process bookings and rooming lists, send vouchers, electronic invoices and notifications, manage payments and refunds, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and improve the Platform.
4. Who we share it with
- Hotels and rate suppliers, only what is needed to fulfil a booking.
- Service providers that host or operate the Platform for us.
- Authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, and access is limited to staff who need it. No system is 100% secure; report any suspected misuse to info@lifedream.net.
6. Retention
We keep data while the account is active and afterwards for as long as required by Egyptian law (including tax and accounting rules).
7. Your rights
Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, within legal limits. Email info@lifedream.net.
