1. Who we are
lifedream.net ("Life Dream", "the Platform") is owned and operated by Life Dream ARG Group for Tourism & Hotel Services S.A.E., an Egyptian joint stock company, Commercial Registry No. 275735 (Cairo Investment Commercial Registry Office), Tax Registration No. 769-546-293, registered address Building 24, Block 16087, 5th District, El Obour City, Qalyubia, Egypt.
2. Relationship with the platform contract
Companies that open an account sign the Life Dream platform contract (PDF). These Terms summarize how the Platform is used. If these Terms and the signed contract differ, the signed Arabic contract prevails.
3. Business use only
The Platform is for companies only: travel agencies, tour operators, hotels and hotel suppliers. Individuals may not book. Life Dream may accept, refuse, suspend or close any account, in particular for false documents, breach of the contract, payment delays or suspected fraud.
4. Accounts
Each company is responsible for the accuracy of its documents and data, for keeping its login details confidential, and for all activity under its account.
5. Role of Life Dream
Life Dream provides the technology platform that connects sellers (hotels, hotel suppliers and companies with allotments) and buyers (travel companies), and also offers rooms from its own hotel contracts and API integrations. When Life Dream collects payments for another seller, it acts as a collection agent. Each seller is responsible for the accuracy of its prices, availability and conditions.
6. Bookings, cancellation and relocation
Bookings are governed by the Booking, cancellation & relocation policy. The conditions shown on the selected offer at the time of booking apply. Once an offer's free-cancellation period ends, the booking becomes non-refundable.
7. Payments and wallet
Payments, wallet top-ups, refunds and seller payouts are governed by the Payments & refunds policy. Sellers enter their net rates and Life Dream adds a platform margin. The price shown to buyers is the final price (net rate + platform margin).
8. Dealing outside the Platform
Companies introduced to each other through the Platform must transact through the Platform, during the contract and for 12 months after it ends, as set out in the platform contract.
9. Confidentiality and intellectual property
Platform data (rates, suppliers, buyers, systems) is confidential. The Life Dream name, logo, software and content belong to Life Dream and may not be copied, reverse-engineered or used without written permission.
10. Liability
Life Dream is not liable for indirect losses (loss of profit, data or reputation) arising from use of the Platform, within the limits allowed by Egyptian law and as set out in the platform contract.
11. Force majeure
No party is liable for failure caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, government decisions or a full or partial outage of communications.
12. Notices
Notices by email, SMS, approved messaging apps or through the Platform are valid. Electronic records of the Platform are accepted as evidence.
13. Changes
Life Dream may update these Terms. Account holders are notified, and continued use after notice means acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Life Dream's registered seat have exclusive jurisdiction. The Arabic version prevails.
